Kanmar Commercial, LLC is the US based company that provides financing, management, regulatory licensing (DoD, SoS, ITAR), and investment services to its operating subsidiaries and affiliated entities. Based in Savannah, Georgia in the United States, Kanmar also maintains offices in Rabat, Morocco and Shanghai, China. Over the past thirty years, managing and developing real estate in the United States has been a particular area of concentration for the principals of Kanmar. The firm invests for it’s own account, as well as providing investment management services for a range of clients.

Located on the waterfront in Ka'anapali beach in Maui, Hawaii. The property consisted of multiple hotels, golf courses, a variety of pools and other recreational amenities, along with a number of retail and restraurant outlets.
The Sea Pines Resort is located in Sea Pines Plantation, a 5,200-acre private residential community located on the southern tip of the island which comprises the town of HIlton Head, South Carolina. Sea Pines is home to four golf courses. The RBC Heritage is a PGA Tour event held annually in April at the Harbour Town course.
This is a full service resort in St. George’s, Bermuda that features 71 two-bedroom cottages overlooking the harbor. The amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, multiple pools and indoor and outdoor dining.
Located on the waterfront in Key West, Florida, this is a 108-room resort and spa with full food and beverage services. Designed to resemble the traditional Florida architecture, this picturesque hotel commands high ratings and realizes strong occupancy and financial results.
Salt Ponds is a mixed use community located in Hampton, Virginia. It is centered around a 255 slip marina that offers direct access to the Chesapeake Bay. There are 90 single family residences that either face the marina or the beach. In addition there are 120 mid-rise residential condominiums and 30 townhomes. Sited at the heart of the community is a clubhouse with a large pool and tennis courts. A commercial restaurant and ship’s store serve the needs of marina patrons and residents.
Located in downtown Los Angeles, California, this is a 469-room hotel with 40,000 square feet of office space. The property has three restaurants, an outdoor pool complex, an exercise facility and below grade parking. The principals of Kanmar were selected to serve as the development manager for the renovation and re-positioning of this property. This involved the renovation of all hotel rooms; the addition of meeting and function space; and, the planning of a residential tower on the property.
This property in Fresno, California is a 1,030,000 square foot mixed-use project, anchored by two major department stores. It is a redevelopment of an enclosed regional shopping mall. It included the addition of an 80,000 square foot cinema with 16-screens, along with multiple restaurants and 320,000 square feet of office space.
Located in Hampton, Virginia, this is a 900,000 square foot enclosed regional retail mall that was redeveloped to expand its retail core and add office space for employers requiring large floor plate space. Having retailers such as Sears provided convenience shopping on site and the tenants were also attracted by such amenities as childcare and food court facilities.
Located in Austin, Texas, this property is a 180-unit apartment project that is adjacent to the University of Texas. It was rehabbed with major improvements and amenities and converted into for sale condominiums, which were sold out.
This is a ten-story high-rise apartment building in Las Vegas, Nevada. It contains 120 residential units and offers tenants a swimming pool with cabana and a convenience retail outlet.
This is a 292,000 square foot class-A office building in Los Angeles, California. It is a multi-tenant building and was twice awarded “Building of the Year” honors by the Los Angeles Building Owners and Managers Association.
Located in Beverly Hills, California, this is a ten story medical office building situated in the commercial core of Beverly Hills. It is a multi-tenant building with twenty-four doctors’ office and surgical suites.
